If you ever need to make a return or exchange, no worries! We’ll do our best to make it easy and smooth.

Here’s how it works:

• Returns: To start a return, send us an email at hello@pet7teen.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and the pictures of the product.
•  Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please send us an email at hello@pet7teen.com with your order number, the pictures of the product and let us know which product you’d love to receive instead.
• All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging included.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
